A five-day winter trip to Venecia, with a day trip in the nearby Padua! Four girls, Ellen Devine, Ellen Mackenzie, Mercedes Weidmer and Violet Chaudoir - and plenty of pasta! Many churches were visited, but the jewel on the tourist crown was the Doge's Palace and its unforgettable ceiling (1:30).
